HOW IT WORKS

The Retainer Process Simplified Our retainer services start on the first business day of each calendar month. Here’s how we make it seamless:

Submit Your Briefs: You are given access to our project management software, Outlign, with training on how to submit your briefs and projects. Provide detailed written briefs with all necessary materials (copy, photos, references) at least 72 hours in advance for smaller tasks (up to 3 hours) and at least one week in advance for larger tasks (more than 3 hours). You can add as many requests as you need, and we will work on each project task one at a time.

Confirmation: We’ll confirm the deliverables, estimated time, and expected delivery timeline.

Project Scheduling: Your project is scheduled, created, and sent to you for review upon completion.

Monthly Briefings: Schedule a Google Meet for fortnightly or monthly WIP (Work in Progress) briefings to discuss goals and projects.

Flexible Hours: Draw down extra hours from the next month if needed and roll over unused hours to the next month. Note that unused hours will be forfeited at the end of each quarter.

Notification: We’ll notify you when your time package is depleted. You can wait for the new month’s hours or purchase additional hours at your package rate.

Billing: Invoices for the upcoming month are sent on the 1st of each month, including any additional hours used. Payments must be made before the new month begins.
