Unlmtd Agency had the privilege of collaborating with the South East Queensland (SEQ) Mayors to conceptualise, design, and develop their 2023 annual report. The project aimed to showcase the accomplishments, initiatives, and future strategies of the SEQ Mayors, highlighting their commitment to the region's growth and sustainability.
CHALLENGES
The primary challenge was to create an engaging and informative annual report that could effectively communicate complex data, achievements, and future goals in a visually compelling manner. Additionally, ensuring accessibility and ease of navigation for a wide audience base posed a significant consideration.
APPROACH
Strategic Planning: Unlmtd Agency initiated the project by conducting comprehensive meetings with the SEQ Mayors to understand their goals, key achievements, and future endeavours. Clear objectives were outlined to align the annual report with the organisation's vision.
