Luxury Residential Art Consulting Brisbane

Aria Development is a Brisbane luxury residential builder, known for bespoke master-planned communities where the architecture is only ever half the brief — the interior atmosphere is the other half. Between 2017 and 2020, we came alongside Aria as their art consultants, working with Brianna Keenan, then Head of Interior Design, to give each property its quiet authority before the first resident walked through.

The work was end-to-end: sourcing original pieces, commissioning custom artworks where the room demanded something singular, and installing across display suites, corridors and entryways — the moments where a building stops being a building and starts being a home. Four years, multiple developments, one steady through-line: that the art shouldn't decorate the space, it should belong to it.
