Good product design is invisible when it works. The object sits right, operates without friction and belongs in the space it was made for. When product design is done poorly it announces itself constantly: in the uncomfortable handle, the proportion that reads as cheap, the finish that does not survive the environment it was intended for.
Most design agencies design products that look right on a screen. We design products that work in the world. That requires an understanding of materials, manufacturing constraints, spatial context and use behaviour that goes beyond visual form-giving.
