Roz co-founded Unlmtd Agency in 2017 alongside Christopher, bringing a rare combination of academic rigour and creative instinct to the studio. With degrees spanning Arts, Law, English Literature, Interior Design, and a CELTA from Cambridge, she is one of the most broadly educated creative directors working in Queensland today.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Roz shapes the thinking behind the studio's most complex briefs — from brand positioning and communications strategy through to art curation and design education. She has served as QLD Branch Chair for the Design Institute of Australia, spoken at major industry events across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and internationally in Indonesia and Italy, and exhibited her work at Ipswich Art Gallery, HOTA, VIVID Melbourne, and the Andreu World International Design Fair in Italy.
As an art consultant, Roz has curated and delivered works for some of Australia's leading hospitality projects, including Mondrian Gold Coast, M Gallery, and the Westin Brisbane. She is a part-time lecturer and believes the best creative work begins with asking better questions.
